  • Laboratory Environment:
Students in the laboratory can comfortably conduct their research activities at a desk large enough for two standard office desks, with access to the latest computers and multiple large monitors. In addition, they can occupy a large parallel computer server owned exclusively by the laboratory and have access to ample computing resources at any time, including ultra-large-scale parallel computing using a supercomputer.
All of the laboratory staff have published in the world’s top research journals and are enthusiastic about world-leading materials research and technology development and education through these. The laboratory is equipped with a large meeting space, large monitors and glass whiteboards, making it easy to consult and discuss with laboratory staff and graduate students at any time. Furthermore, weekly research consultation meetings are held, where students can present their own research and discuss it with their fellow group members.

Graduate students are given opportunities to present their work at domesitc and international conferences and have received many presentation awards and conference prizes. All of their research results have been submitted to and published in well-known international journals, and the results of many senior students have been published in the form of papers.
